Live watercolor guest portraits will be the perfect favor for your guests and are certain to be a highlight of your event! These fun keepsakes and favors are painted on-site and take only a short time to create. Depending on the number of guests will determine if some of the portraits will be mailed later.
HOW IT WORKS
My watercolor style is minimal and faceless. I use a black brush pen to draw in a few details. Supplies include professional watercolor paints, and heavy-weight 5x7” watercolor paper. All paintings are protected with a plastic sleeve at completion and placed on the table for guest pickup. Portraits will have the guests’ names written on the back in pencil to eliminate any confusion.
I will arrive at your event or venue an hour prior to set up my station, signage, and supplies. Once the event begins, any guest wanting a portrait can stop by my table and have a quick reference photo taken on an iPad and information of their name and description of other outfits. I can complete 8-10 portraits in 1 hour.
Maximum painting time is 6 hours. Over 150 guests, I will need to complete some paintings after the event.
Pricing varies based on the number of guests.
Travel fees will apply for locations over an hour drive from my home in North Augusta, SC. A travel estimate will be provided upon booking.
